I love this new bag, designed by Emma at Workwise. I bought it from the fantastic Workwise shop, which is opening in Bury St Edmunds on 1 August.

Shop owner Jennifer Lynch recalls: "In the 70’s I remember my father getting out his bicycle from garden shed with his old and trusty red string bag placed over the handle bars to go shopping for my mother. The old string bag was re-used again and again and looked non the worse for wear it resided on a hook on the back of the kitchen door when not in use. It was so light it could be bundled up into a pocket leaving your hands free to cycle that was environmental shopping! "
Picklesmum's Ladybird Bag
Picklesmum likes her new Tesco bag because "It is made from Hessian and saves on all the nasty carrier bags I was getting on short trips to the shops. It is also excellent for taking pickles books back to the library (when she's not looking of course, she wants to keep all 20 books on her card FOREVER!!)"
